1. shipping method: We ship to all over the world. All of our products are shipped by Express Mail Service or DHL. Best Way, 5-7 business days delivery.
2. correct address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
3. delivery time:. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 1 business days you place your order.
4.  order tracking: Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out. It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via online tracking on our website.
5. shipping rates:  We Offer Free Shipping for USA, UK  and Canada customers. Our postage rates are charged based on weight and quantity of the goods, delivery destination and shipping method.

Return policy

1. Contact us first. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products or products do not work properly ,please contact us first. We will solve your problem.
2. Returns within 7 days: Returns within 7 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to issuing a new replacement or refund. After the initial  15 days of purchase, we offer replacements.
3. Returns in original packging: A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items(Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
4. Return Merchandise Authorization: All returned products must be authorized by email your request to us; we will not accept returns without authorization.
5. Defective products: All our products are 100% quality Guaranteed . A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect and deadline. However, we cannot offer in the following cases:·If it is from another merchant;
   ·physical damage present.
   All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

                                             6.    Order cancellation:If it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order, Please cancel the order before it is processed(better within 12 hours after you place the order or we may send it ). If the order isalready being processing, we can not guarantee cancellation or reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
